The content of this website is provided for general information about our manufacturing and engineering capability. Product photographs, capacities and specifications are indicative and may be revised as designs are improved.

You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute our drawings, photographs, text or logo for commercial use without written permission.

• Quotations are prepared against the specification, capacity and site conditions you provide. Any change in scope may change the price and delivery period.
• Unless stated otherwise on the quotation, prices remain valid for fifteen (15) days from the date of issue.
• Prices are quoted exclusive of applicable government taxes and duties unless expressly stated.
• A quotation is an offer only. A contract is formed when we receive your written purchase order or advance payment and confirm acceptance.

• Standard payment terms are advance payment against order with the balance due on delivery or commissioning, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Custom-built panels, pumping sets and treatment plants are manufactured to your specification and cannot be cancelled once fabrication has started, except against payment for work completed and materials procured.
• Ownership of the supplied equipment passes to you only after full payment is received.

• Delivery periods stated in a quotation are estimates based on normal material availability and are counted from the date of a confirmed order and approved drawings.
• Where our scope includes installation and commissioning, the client is responsible for providing safe site access, civil foundations, incoming power, water supply, drainage and storage as applicable.
• Delays caused by site readiness, utility availability, drawing approvals, import clearance or force majeure events are not attributable to us.

Equipment manufactured by us is warranted against defects in workmanship for the period stated on the quotation or invoice, normally twelve (12) months from commissioning. Bought-out items such as motors, pumps, PLCs, HMIs, membranes and instruments carry the original manufacturer's warranty.

• The warranty does not cover consumables, filter media, membranes fouled by out-of-specification feed water, or normal wear.
• It is void where equipment has been modified, mis-operated, overloaded, connected to unstable supply, or serviced by unauthorised persons.
• Warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective part only and does not extend to consequential loss.

Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the invoiced value of the equipment supplied. We are not liable for loss of production, loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
